🐲 Programme
Première semaine : Formation Coopération et Empowerment
5 jours pour cocréer ensemble le festival de la coopéraiton et de l’empowerment. le samedi 26 juillet durant lequel vous pourrez proposer des ateliers et tester vos activités professionnelles.
Apprendre à s’accompagner en groupe dans le développement d’un projet, en explorant les blocages personnels et collectifs, puis en déroulant tout le processus du Rêve du dragon. En parallèle, vous apprendrez à utiliser les outils d’intelligence émotionnelle pour mieux comprendre et améliorer vos relations pro et perso par une communication ajustée, fluide et bienveillante.
Une équipe internationale composée de facilitateur·ices et coachs avec chacun·e leur spécificité sera là pour vous accompagner dans l’ancrage des apprentissages.
Deuxième semaine : organisation, préparation de 2 ateliers et Festival de la coopération et de l’empowerment
Ouvert à toutes et tous, la semaine sera un melting pot d’ateliers, d’expériences, de conférences, etc… pour évoluer ensemble sur nos chemins pros et persos et pour expérimenter la coopération. Chaque participant·e à la formation de la 1ére semaine pourra proposer des espaces. Une belle occasion de tester vos propositions !
Vous pouvez repartir de ce camp avec une vision plus claire de votre direction pro et des outils puissants pour avancer sur votre chemin de vie. Vous serez en capacité d’animer des ateliers de groupes sur l’intelligence collective, la gestion de projet et l’intelligence émotionnelle.
Entre les deux une journée « connexion à la Nature » aura lieu pour intégrer la semaine de Formation et préparer la Semaine de préparation du Festival.

Week 1: Cooperation and empowerment training
5 days to cocreate together a festival for the next week (a festival to experiment your own activities by proposing differents workshops).
Learning how to support a group in the development of a project, by exploring personal and collective blockages, then unfolding the totality of Dragon Dreaming process. At the same time, you’ll learn how to use emotional intelligence tools to better understand and improve your professional and personal relationships, through well-tuned, fluid and caring communication. The object of this form’action will be the realization of the Confestival.
An international team of facilitators and coaches, each with their own specific skills, will be on hand to help you anchor your learning.
Second week: organization, preparation of 2 workshops and a Festival of cooperation and empowerment
Open to all, the week will be a melting pot of workshops, experiences, conferences, etc… to evolve together on our professional and personal paths, and to experiment with cooperation. Each participant of the first week will be able to propose spaces. A great opportunity to test your proposals!
You can leave this camp with a clearer vision of your professional direction and powerful tools to move forward on your life path. You’ll be able to lead group workshops on collective intelligence, project management and emotional intelligence.
In between, a “connection to nature” day will be held to integrate the Training Week and prepare for Festival Week’s preparation.

A qui s’adresse ce camp d’été ?
A tout·e entrepreneur·e, professionnel·le de l’accompagnement acteur·ice de l’évolution sociétale et écologique, qui souhaite agrandir sa boîte à outils, découvrir et se former à la méthode Dragon Dreaming et aux outils du Possibility Management.
A tout·e porteur·euse d’un projet qui a besoin de stimulation, de motivation et d’une équipe cosmopolite aux talents complémentaires pour faire grandir son projet avec des outils concrets et globaux éprouvés depuis 50 ans.
Ce camp d’été réunira 10 à 15 personnes engagées dans un état d’esprit d’entraide et d’inspiration
mutuels.
Who is this summer camp for?
Entrepreneurs and support professionals involved in societal and ecological evolution, who want to expand their toolbox, discover and learn about the Dragon Dreaming method and Possibility Management tools.
Anyone with a project in need of stimulation, motivation and a cosmopolitan team of complementary talents to help their project grow, using concrete, global tools that have been tried and tested for 50 years.
This camp will bring together 10 to 15 committed people in a spirit of mutual support and inspiration.
Entre apprentissage de fond, expérimentation, créativité et évolution personnelle, cette aventure collective offre un cadre unique pour avancer concrètement sur vos aspirations les plus profondes.
Chaque matinée commence par un éveil corporel inspiré de nos expériences personnelles et professionnelles, spontané ou non, en lien avec l’émotionnel, notre énergie et notre attention, notre corps physique et notre clarté mentale.
Plusieurs ateliers seront partagés avec la Baleine Blanche, ils seront ouverts au public, aux résident·es et aux invité·es pour partager nos avancées et mettre en situation vos projets dans le réel.

Each morning begins with a different body awakening, spontaneous or not, linked to the emotional, our energy and attention, our physical body and our mental clarity.
Many workshops will be shared with residents and guests of La Baleine Blanche, open to the public to share our progress and put your projects into practice.

Votre participation financière se fera lors de l’expérimentation d’une levée de fonds charismatique à la fin du séjour.
A prévoir :
- le règlement séparé de votre hébergement en pension
complète auprès de Ludivine : 48€/nuit en dortoir 53€/nuit en chambre – vos places sont déjà réservées en amont à la Baleine Blanche, pas besoin de les réserver de votre côté
Your financial participation will take place at the end of the journey with an experiment : the empowered fundraising.
Other costs:
